Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted withinΒ 30 days of delivery.
To Qualify for a Return or Exchange:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in new condition
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Used parts
- Installed parts
- Electrical components
- Custom orders
Return Shipping Responsibility:
If the item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
- For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return or Exchange Process:
Contact support@valentinedieselperformance.com Receive return or exchange instructions. Ship the item back
- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or the exchange will be processed
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
